What is real here, and what is symbolic

What this site is

Lunatheque is a collection of guides and tools about the Moon, numbers, the sky, the weekly Torah portion and inner practice. It is made for inspiration and reflection: good questions to ask yourself, not final answers.

What is actually calculated

• The Moon phase, the Moon and planet positions, retrogrades, new and full Moons and eclipses are calculated with the open-source astronomy-engine library (MIT license).
• The Hebrew calendar, holidays and the weekly Torah portion follow the standard calendar algorithm used in Israel.
• Numerology numbers are calculated in visible steps, including master numbers, and the examples in the texts are checked in code.

What is symbolic and not scientific

Numerology, astrology, tarot, the I Ching and runes are symbolic traditions. There is no scientific proof that they can predict or diagnose anything. We write them as questions for reflection. The site does not give medical, psychological, legal or financial advice, and you should not make such decisions based on it.

Artificial intelligence

The horoscopes, card meanings, number descriptions and articles are written with the help of AI (Claude, by Anthropic) from calculated facts, then checked automatically against rules for length, accuracy and tone. There are no fake testimonials, reviews or invented authors on the site.
